Anam Cara refers to the ancient Celtic concept of “Soul Friend” within spirituality. I consider doula support to be a sacred journey together, a meeting of souls, and in the end, soul friends.

From navigating our healthcare system to answering the questions that keep you up at night, I hope my gifts as an intuitive and empathetic person, knowledge around the birth space, and lived experience can help to provide you with the loving support we all deserve during various thresholds in life.
From the moment I decided to dedicate my life’s work to supporting birthing people and their families as a birth doula… I knew my life would never be the same again. I aspire to bring my sense of joy and wonderment to each of my doula clients, and I hope that I can help bring that same sense of surety and deep support to your birth journey.
